إنقاذ 307 أشخاص في عمليتين منفصلتين.. وإعادتهم إلى ليبيا

The Italian navy said on January 28, 2016 it had recovered six bodies from a sinking dinghy off Libya and pulled 290 migrants to safety as they attempted the perilous crossing to Europe. أعلنت المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين إنقاذ أكثر من 300 مهاجر غير شرعي وإعادتهم إلى ليبيا.
وأشارت المفوضية، في بيان لها، إلى إعادة 307 أشخاص، من بينهم 22 امرأة و21 طفلاً، إلى طرابلس الليلة الماضية، في عمليتين مختلفتين، نفذتهما البحرية الليبية.
ونوهت المفوضية بحضورها مع شريكتها لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية خلال عمليات الإنزال، حيث قدّمتا مساعدات طبية ومواد إغاثية للناجين.
ووفقاً للمنظمة الدولية للهجرة (IOM)؛ تم خلال هذا العام إنقاذ ما مجموعه 29.427 مهاجراً غير شرعي، في حين توفي 490 وفُقد 736 قبالة الساحل الليبي.
