أشارت هيئة عمليات التجارة البحرية البريطانية إلى تعرض سفينة شحن لهجوم على بعد 34 ميلاً بحريًا جنوب غربي ميناء الحديدة في اليمن، مضيفة أن التحقيقات جارية لمعرفة ملابسات الحادث.
وذكر متحدث باسم الأسطول الخامس في البحرية الأميركية أن البحرية على علم بوقوع حادث في البحر الأحمر، دون ذكر تفاصيل إضافية.
وكان المبعوث الأممي إلى اليمن هانز غروندبرغ، أكد، الأربعاء، أن البعثة الأممية تسعى إلى مواجهة التحديات الأساسية وتمديد الهدنة في اليمن، بما يضمن العودة إلى الحياة الطبيعية وفتح المطارات والطرقات.
